What should i avoid after Profhilo Structura?

Immediately After the Procedure and for the Next 3-5 Days, It Is Recommended To:

  • Avoid using swimming pools due to the risk of infection.
  • Avoid UV exposure and protect the treated area with high SPF sunscreen (SPF 50).
  • Avoid physical exertion (gym, running, strenuous sports) that leads to excessive sweating and skin heating. Activities like walking are not contraindicated.
  • Avoid heating the skin in tanning beds, sunbathing, or saunas. Avoid hot showers as well.
  • Avoid exposure to very low temperatures, such as applying ice.
  • Avoid alcohol consumption.
