Dr Magdalena Cadko takes a history covering your health, skincare routine and previous treatments. She assesses the condition of your skin, your facial proportions and age-related changes. She analyses the relationship between the skin, the subcutaneous tissue and deeper structures — because a similar aesthetic concern can have different causes and require a different approach.

During the visit she explains which methods can deliver the result you expect, how they work, and what their limitations and risks are. She discusses the order of treatments, the intervals between them and the expected course of therapy. As a result, you receive an individual plan and understand the reasoning behind the proposed solutions.

Her background in both radiology and aesthetic medicine allows Dr Magdalena Cadko to look at the face through its appearance as well as its anatomy. The goal is to improve skin quality and facial harmony while preserving your individual character — “better, not different”.

Aesthetic medicine consultation with ultrasound

A consultation with ultrasound extends the clinical assessment with imaging of the tissues in a selected area. The examination is performed by Dr Magdalena Cadko, a radiology specialist holding the European EDIR diploma.

Ultrasound allows a closer look at the structure of the tissues and how they are positioned relative to one another. In certain situations it also helps assess the presence and location of previously injected fillers. It is an additional source of information when analysing your treatment history and qualifying you for further treatment.

The ultrasound image is interpreted together with the medical history and clinical examination. Dr Magdalena Cadko discusses the result and explains what it means for the proposed plan.

Millimetres make the difference in an accurate assessment. Combining clinical evaluation with imaging allows the treatment plan to be based on a more precise understanding of the anatomy of the examined area.

If a treatment is performed during the same visit, the consultation fee is included in the price of the treatment — it is not charged separately.

How to prepare for the consultation?

Prepare information about your previous treatments: when they were done, which areas were treated and which products were used, if you know their names. It is worth bringing any documentation you have, as well as a list of the medications and supplements you take.

Also think about what you would like to improve and which effect matters most to you. This information will help Dr Magdalena Cadko assess your situation more accurately and tailor the plan to your needs.
